Refund and Return Policy

1. Overview
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and laboratory products, Royal Peptide Labs maintains a strict refund and return policy.
2. All Sales Final
Unless otherwise required by law, all sales are final. Products that have been shipped cannot be returned for resale, safety, and quality-control reasons.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify Royal Peptide Labs within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
4. Claim Requirements
To process a claim, customers must provide their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or shipping error.
5. Replacement or Refund Approval
Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund at the sole discretion of Royal Peptide Labs.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for improper storage, misuse, unauthorized use, customer ordering errors, shipping delays outside our control, or dissatisfaction with research results.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Royal Peptide Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery-related issues.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once processing begins, cancellation requests may be denied.
9. Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Royal Peptide Labs to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in account restrictions and collection efforts.
